So I believe that to break a habit or to make one, it just takes 21 days! Loved the concept. Didn’t seem that hard in execution either I have to tell you… But I gotta confess… it ain't easy!
So a couple to things I wanted to try.. one of them was to not eat any meals AFTER dinner. Its extremely unhealthy and with summer approaching, I'd love to 'look' healthier! So its a strict no no. I do not have the inclination to exercise, somehow have never really had the need to and now when the need has arisen, its just too darned hard to put it into action. So little me nudged my brave side and decided to try this for 21 days. And each night that I did, I miserably failed!
So please mark this date and note the time… I once again endeavor to take on the 21 day challenge by its horns and prove that I can be disciplined and that my taste buds do listen to my mind! I will succeed and nothing can deter me. Not the yummiest of food lying in the fridge, not a bad mood, not watching my sister eat one of her delicious concoctions at midnight.. nothing!
Now the only thing left to discover is if this 21 day process really breaks this habit. Shall post updates once I’m through. So wish me luck! :)
